What is Chi? Chi (a.k.a. Qi) is the Chinese word for the flow of subtle spiritual energy, a life force, a breath that moves within the body and around us. It is a flow of energy; the cosmic breath or force of nature that animates and energizes all things.

In traditional Chinese medicine, problems with the improper movement and flow of one’s Chi can cause illness, and dietary changes, meditation, proper breathing techniques, Tai Chi, Qi Gong (a.k.a. Chi Kung), massage, acupuncture, physical exercise and Chiropractic techniques are ways of resolving the blocked Chi.

Is your vibration frequency high or low and what's the difference?
A person that has an abundance of joy in their life usually emits a higher level frequency of vibration energy that is balanced and someone that has problems and sadness in their life usually emits a lower level frequency of unbalanced vibration energy.

If you increase your vibration rate, do you become more powerful in everything you do?

Chi Energy in You
- Wellness Concepts -
Achieve and maintain a healthy body,
mind, spirit and lifestyle.

Healthy living and lifestyle is something we all aspire to ascertain. It’s difficult, however, to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle while our life being full of distinct pressures and stressors that constantly bombarded us with obstacles.

In reality, healthy living and lifestyle is determined by different factors for each and every person. It’s in our best interest to constantly do things that help ourselves but that’s easier said than done. Most of us are unable to constantly do helpful things but we can do small (and sometimes big) things throughout the day that help.

Our focus is to promote wellness and to provide information: simple techniques and tools that will help you to achieve and maintain wellness in your life.

Wellness can be defined as overall good mental and physical health. Wellness is a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being. We can strive to achieve and maintain wellness and well-being through good diet, good habits, regular exercise and a good lifestyle.

Everything is in motion and vibrating

Physicists have proven that everything in our world, either physical (seen) or non-physical (unseen) is made up of a variation of atoms and subatomic particles which vibrate patterns of energy. In quantum physics, physical matter is made up of molecules and atoms, which are made up of many smaller components, called subatomic particles which consist of a proton, which is at the center and an electron which constantly orbits the proton, creating a vibratory pattern of energy. These energy particles are in constant motion and are the essence of every animate and inanimate object. The varying amounts of each of these put together, form various shapes or energies which determine form and\or rates of vibration. A subatomic particle constantly vibrates like a little dancing point of energy. These particles interact and interconnect with one another.

Everything in this world, including you is made of vibrating energy that connects and nourishes all life! Your entire body is a mass of vibrating energy. This is a fact of quantum science.

This invisible subtle energy is often referred to “Universal energy vibration life force". It is called by different names in different cultures: The Chinese know it as Chi or Qi (pronounced the same "chee"); the Japanese refer to it as Ki; in India, it is Prana; Loong and Bla in the Tibetan traditions, and Mana in Polynesia. The NIH's National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, charged with researching the effectiveness of such therapies, categorizes the various modes of energy healing as "biofield therapies."

Thanks to advancements in technology, scientists can now measure some aspects of this energy field, and some of its effects. Current studies have shown that this energy filed shares many common attributes with electricity and magnetism.

This dynamic, vibrating invisible energy field is present within our physical bodies and surrounds us with an aura of energy that extends a few inches above the surface of the skin. It is a central part of who we are and how we live our lives. It has an amazing affect on our health, emotions and spirit. It has a big affect on our personality and on our relationship with others. It might also affect other aspects of our lives such as finances and luck.

Being aware that it exists and working with it in various ways might have a profound positive effect on your life and well-being.
