Butterfly Back Bends
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Butterfly Back Bends Routine
 
Position: Wide Horse stance, bending forward at the waist.
Towel: Fold the towel in half and hold one end in each hand. Rest the towel across your back at elbow level.
Movement: Bring your arms out to the side keeping your elbows bent.

Bend at the waist while you bring your arms down and together, to meet in the middle. Keep the towel taut and both your knees and elbows bent.

Hold this position for a second and repeat the sequence.

Duration:
15 - 30 times.
Remember: Exhale as you bring the towel down and inhale as you bring it up.
