Fold the towel in half. Position the towel across your shoulders and hold an end in each hand. Spread your arms out so the towel rests across your shoulders or upper back.
Movement:
Bring the ends of the towel down and around to the middle in front of your face. Keep your elbows bent.
Then bring your arms back to starting position.
Hold the towel taut and move your arms far back enough so you lift the towel off your back. Then, bring your hands together to the middle so the towel ends are touching.
Duration:
15 - 30 times.
Remember:
Exhale as you bring the towel down and inhale as you bring it up.
