| Dry off - Diagonal |

| Position: |
Horse stance. |
| Towel: |
Fold the towel in half. Then grab the towel with each hand and bring it around to your back. Keep the towel slightly taut.

| Movement: |
Slowly move the towel up and down diagonally across your back as though your are drying yourself off.
|
Duration:

Begin with 5 or 10 times on each side and adjust the count as desired. |

This simple routine can have a big effect on your arms and back, so perform each movement slowly without overdoing it.
All movements should feel good, so if a movement feels uncomfortable or painful, stop immediately.
Periodically take a few deep-cleansing breaths. |
