Fold the towel in half. Drape the towel across your shoulders and hold one end in each hand.
Movement:
Simultaneously, swing your right arm forward and your left arm back. The forward arm should be raised to face level.
As you raise your arm up, bring the corresponding right foot out to the side. Allow your body to rise up on the ball of your foot. Then return to starting position as you bring your right arm down.
Now swing the left arm forward and bring the right arm back. Again step to the side.
Duration:
10 times each side.
Remember:
Let the towel rest comfortably across your shoulders and swing your arms without applying force.
Variation:
With your hand open for comfort, spin the end of the towel once to the outside and once to the inside for each side.
