| Spinning Ends |
|
| |
| Position: |
Any Horse stance that is comfortable. |
| Towel: |
Fold the towel in half. Hold one end of the towel in each hand leaving enough towel at the ends so it can spin around freely.
|
| Movement: |
Raise one arm up.
In a clockwise motion, spin the end of the towel around in front of you motion as though you are throwing quick punches.
Now switch arms and again spin the end of the towel in a clockwise motion.
Now spin end of the towel in a counter clockwise circular motion. |
Duration:
|
20 to 40 times clockwise and 20 to 40 times counterclockwise with each arm. |
| Remember: |
Breathe with each movement. Periodically breathe deeply a few times and return to breathing in a normal manner.
|
| Variation: |
Try first spinning a longer piece of the towel and then a shorter piece of the towel. To spin a long piece requires more effort and control.
