Begin by grabbing the towel with both hands and placing it behind your back and underneath your shoulders.
Move the towel slowly back and forth from side-to-side, across your upper back.
Now begin moving your hips from side-to-side in the opposite direction of the towel.
Continue moving the towel back and forth as you work your way down to your feet and back up again.
Repeat the same movements to the front, again moving down to your feet and back up to your chest.
Duration:
Begin with 3 to 5 sets down your back and up the front.
Remember:
Only try these movements on a rug, mat or in an area where you have good footing. DO NOT try these movements on wet tiles or anywhere you might fall and injure yourself.
Have fun dancing to the music of your choice.
Breathe deeply and move freely with each movement.
Variation:
Try twisting the towel at various places from the back of the head to your feet.
