| Back Towel Pulls |
|

| Position: |
Horse stance or Wide Horse stance.
|
| Towel: |
Place the middle of the towel across your shoulders. |
| Movement: |
Slowly, with little or no resistance and your knees bent, grab the towel and slide both hands out towards the ends. Do not lock your elbows.
As you move your arms outward, stand up a little without locking your knees.
Take another deep breath and drop the towel over your shoulders.
Grab the towel and repeat the movement.

15 to 30 times.

Focus on body form, motion and proper breathing.
Exhale slowly while lefting and inhale while going down. |
