Wrap the center of the towel around your right foot two times. Turn over face down and cross both ends of the towel with your right hand and pull it up and over your right shoulder. Your right elbow should remain on the floor. Keep the towel taut to create resistance.
Movement:
Slowly, push your right arm down towards the floor.
This will lift your right leg up.
Hold this position for a second and push your foot down towards the floor as you raise your arm up
Repeat a few times then switch to your left arm and left leg and repeat the routine.
Duration:
20 to 30 times with each leg.
Variation:
Try this routine using the opposite arm and leg instead of the same arm and leg.
