Lay down face up with knees towards your chest and your back touching the floor.
Towel:
Fold the towel in half. Wrap the towel once around each foot. Grab the looped end with one hand and create another loop by crossing the ends of the towel in your other hand. Keep the towel taut and your elbows down.
Movement:
Extend your legs out slowly as you uncurl your arms. Continue to lower your legs towards the ground until your arms are fully extended and hold this position for a second.
Offer resistance by pulling towards you with your arms.
Curl your arms up towards your chest as you pull your legs up. Hold this position for a second and repeat.
Duration:
15 - 25 times.
