Lay down on your left side. Your knees can either be bent or almost straight in this routine.
Towel:
Wrap the center of the towel around your right foot two times. With your right elbow on the floor, take both ends of the towel in your left hand. Keep the towel taut. You can wrap the ends of the towel around your hand for support if you like.
Movement:
Move your head forward a little and place your right hand underneath it for support.
Slowly, pull your right leg up by pulling your right arm down towards the floor.
Hold this position for a second.
Begin lowering your leg by bending your arm up slowly.
Hold this position for a second and repeat the sequence.
Duration:
15 to 30 with each leg.
