| Position: |
Open stance. |
| Towel: |
Fold the towel in half. Place the towel across your shoulders and grab one end with each hand. |
| Movement: |
Raise your front leg and touch both ends of the towel with your knee.
Lower your leg back down to the floor and extend ends of the towel outward. |
Duration:
|
5 to 10 kicking with each leg. |

Inhale deeply through your nose with each movement. |
