Behind The Back Towel Rows
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Sitting Down Behind The Back Towel Rows Routine
 
Position: Sit down with your legs extended outward in a V position. Straighten your knees as much as possible by extending your hamstrings.
Towel: Place the middle of the towel around your upper back and wrap the ends of the towel around the outside of your feet.
Movement:

With your legs apart, simply pull the towel ends towards you a little in a rowing motion.

Gently, rock back and forth.

Duration:
2 to 4 minutes.
Remember:

Perform each move at slow comfortable speed.

Breathe deeply down to the bottom of your stomach.

Distribute the resistance between your arms, legs and abdominal muscles.
