| Behind The Back Towel Rows |
|

| Position: |
Sit down with your legs extended outward in a V position. Straighten your knees as much as possible by extending your hamstrings.
|
| Towel: |
Place the middle of the towel around your upper back and wrap the ends of the towel around the outside of your feet.
|
| Movement: |
With your legs apart, simply pull the towel ends towards you a little in a rowing motion.
Gently, rock back and forth. |
Duration:
|
2 to 4 minutes. |

Perform each move at slow comfortable speed.
Breathe deeply down to the bottom of your stomach.
Distribute the resistance between your arms, legs and abdominal muscles. |
