Sit down with your legs extended outward in a V position.
Towel:
Bend forward and place the your feet apart on the towel. Wrap one end of the towel around each foot.
Movement:
Reach forward with both hands and grab the towel near your feet.
Hold this position for a few seconds. Then with little or no resistance, slide both hands back towards the ends of the towel as you sit up. Do not lock your elbows.
Drop the towel and repeat.
Duration:
20 to 40 times.
